I don’t know what this is, or where it’s from, but this ‘hip-hop’ thing sounds VERY intriguing.

Our good friend Jamahl Richardson, the talented musician behind the 7 Day Visa Project, has a couple of amazing timelapse videos that he shot in Japan with a little point and shoot camera. All it took was patience and a little talent. It’s amazing how beautiful these look! Pretty easy on the ears too!

If you aren’t up on WE RESIST SIMPLE yet I don’t know why you’re bugging. I’ve been checking out the work of my fellow community and it’s nothing but the best. Peep this video that Va$htie directed for the song “Us Placers” off Kanye’s mixtape “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” (which samples Thom Yorke’s song “The Eraser” of his solo album “The Eraser”), using child versions of each artist. Includes appearances by: Jamie, Plain Pat, Stephen SB WEAR Barr and Ruffy.

I wasn’t familiar with everyone personally on WE RESIST SIMPLE but as I check out my comrades hustles I see that I definitely have been appreciating their work. Jonathan Mannion is a photographer well worth your eye time. Check out the Vibe magazine Usher cover that he shot not too long ago. I briefly met Usher once myself at an Amerie record release party…seemed like a good dude, and despite what I read on the “internets”, he consistently makes dope music.
